Château de La Dauphine Blanc 2023

The first vintage of Blanc de La Dauphine, is a very aromatic wine, offering notes of citrus, yellow fruit and lychee, with undertones of brioche. Pleasantly lively and full-bodied on the palate, with hints of toast and good aromatic length.

Food pairing: Scallop carpaccio, langoustines with tarragon and lemon butter, sea bream with citrus fruit.
